Hi, I’m Erla.

I’m a finance person who actually likes the "messy" side of business.

I founded Figures because I’ve seen too many companies where the big strategy lives in one head, the budget lives in a spreadsheet, and the daily operations are just trying to keep up. My favorite thing to do is connect those dots. Most of my career was spent in the "war rooms" of companies like Supercell and CCP Games. I’ve learned that a great revenue plan or a strategic roadmap isn't just about the numbers—it’s about whether the team actually understands them and knows what to do on Monday morning.

How I work

I don’t believe in 50-page slide decks or "corporate-speak." I believe in clarity. I build the revenue and operating plans that help gaming and tech companies grow without losing their way.

Because I’m also a Co-Active Coach, I look at a financial plan through a human lens. I use coaching as a tool to make sure the leadership team is actually aligned. A strategy is only as good as the people who have to execute it.

A bit of perspective

I’ve lived and worked in Iceland, Finland, Argentina, Denmark, and Wales. Moving my life across five countries (and surviving a lot of different types of rain) has made me pretty hard to rattle. I’m comfortable in new environments, and I’m used to helping teams navigate change, no matter where they are based.

Today, I spend my time as a strategic partner for high-growth ventures and as an advisor for boards that need someone who can bridge the gap between "the big picture" and "the bottom line."

If you’re ready to make the numbers and the strategy finally talk to each other,

let's chat.
